Is your life, work and wellness the best it can be? ...or not quite yet?

Let's spend some time together and start looking at what you need and want. Or start exploring what you think you need or want. What will you hear? From yourself? From me? What has the Life Audit below brought up or highlighted for you already?

Let's then think about turning things around (perhaps even upside-down!) and challenge the status quo (this could include yourself of course!). What will you see for the future? How will it feel and sound? And what will you do about it?

Taking action is naturally a core part of any change or progress journey so after the exploring, thinking and reflecting, we will start planning. Together, with inspiration and creativity, we'll establish some new (or clearer) aims and goals. Let's jointly determine how best you're going to move forwards.

Then, as you implement your new plan, I provide encouragement, a sounding board, accountability and congratulations. I also provide impartial, non-judgement and sometimes (gently!) challenging feedback. We'll review progress together, assess (and appreciate!) all the learnings along the way and enjoy the a-ha moments. I assist you to address any setbacks and obstacles too.

I'm a Solution Focused, Cognitive Behavioural, Motivational, Mindful and NLP coach. This means I can also help you overcome those psychological obstacles (unhelpful or hampering thoughts and feelings) that we often encounter along the way to achievement and success. 

Furthermore, you will get to know yourself better as a result of coaching and find yourself in a different place for future aims and aspirations.
