As you implement your plan, I provide encouragement, a sounding board, accountability and congratulations. Of course, we'll continually review progress, assess (and appreciate!) all the learnings and enjoy all the a-ha moments. You will receive impartial and non-judgemental (but sometimes gently challenging!) feedback and I'll assist you to address any setbacks and practical obstacles too.

I'm a Solution Focused, Cognitive Behavioural, Motivational, Mindful and NLP coach. This means I can also help you overcome those psychological obstacles (unhelpful or hampering thoughts, feelings and behaviours) that we often encounter along the way to achievement and success. 

Furthermore, you will get to know yourself better as a result of coaching and find yourself even more prepared for future aims and aspirations!
